  • We customize all our planning processes with our couples based on their jobs, timezones, budget timing allocation and other requests. We will base the following flow guideline on what works best for your plans and needs:

Rentals Overview & Layout Creation

  • This is the one area that is most complex and requires a lot of attention to detail. Lean on us to professional review and recommend everything that you will be needing for your wedding day.
    • Detailed rental questionnaire to start us off!
    • Recommended layout + itemized rentals list

Vendor Communication & Payments

  • With the exception of rentals and all design related vendors (see above), you will inquire with, reserve, and communicate with all wedding vendors up until 6-months before your wedding day.
  • You will be responsible for inquiring for availability, making the formal selections and contracting/paying all vendors directly
  • We do require all vendors are booked before we take over as point of contact with this package. If vendors are still being finalized by the 6-month mark, we will take over communication after they are secured.

Wrap Up & Execution

  • 6 Months Before the Wedding: 
    • At this time we go over all timeline details and decor plans to initiate the finalization process
    • We take over as point of contact for all secured vendors
  • 3 Months Before the Wedding: 
    • We kick everything into overdrive to assure last tasks, details, and communications are streamlined with all vendors as they begin to focus on your celebration ahead.
    • We will continue to reconfirm all final updates/logistics and communicate any necessary changes based on final incoming RSVPs.

Finalize & Finesse

  • One Month Before the Wedding:
    •  We ask every single detail is finalized so our round of triple final confirmations can be a success and you both can completely enjoy the month countdown to your magical celebration.
  • Wedding Week:
    • Venue walk through + rehearsal practice with all your family/friends + decor hand off 🙂

Wedding Day!

  • Here’s the general details to expect of our team’s responsibilities/areas of management on the wedding day:
    • Set-up + Vendor Management Coordinator
