- We customize all our planning processes with our couples based on their jobs, timezones, budget timing allocation and other requests. We will base the following flow guideline on what works best for your plans and needs:

Planning Expectations
Unlimited Communication + Vendor Communication & Payments
- Unlimited communication and consultion with our top-performing team members during your entire planning journey resulting in our most thorough communication. (Text + Phone + Email + Video Call + In Person)
- We will inquire with, reserve, and communicate with all wedding vendors on your behalf from this point forward.
- Our team will attend all wedding day related vendor/venue meetings based on our availability.
ABC’s Fundamental Framework
- Detailed wedding planning checklist (what to do and when)
Design, Rentals & Layout Curation
- This is the one area that is most complex and requires a lot of cross-checking with each vendor to make sure everything is present and accounted for. (ex. Florist, specialty rentals, general rentals, etc.)
- Detailed rental questionnaire to start us off!
- Recommended layout
- Visual presentation of the overall design for the day
- Once the layout and overall design is approved, we will inquire with, reserve, and communicate with all design vendors on your behalf
Wrap Up & Execution
- 6 Months Before the Wedding:
- We kick everything into overdrive to assure last tasks, details, and communications are streamlined with all vendors as they begin to focus on your celebration ahead.
- We will attend all final vendor meetings (based on availability), reconfirm all final updates/logistics, and communicate any necessary changes based on final incoming RSVPs.
Finalize & Finesse
- One Month Before the Wedding:
- We ask every single detail is finalized so our round of triple final confirmations can be a success and you both can completely enjoy the month countdown to your magical celebration.
- Wedding Week:
- Venue walk through + rehearsal practice with all your family/friends + decor hand off 🙂
