Soda Pop was founded with a commitment to crafting delicious cocktails, celebrating special moments together and showcasing great service. We use local, seasonal products whenever possible, our juices and syrups are made fresh.  We love using fresh herbs, spices and flowers to create one of a kind cocktails and because we eat (and drink) with our eyes first, our cocktails are always beautiful.  We would love to create a memorable experience with you at your event!

The name Soda Pop has a special place in my heart.  I wanted to incorporate my son and I in the name for the company.  The “So” comes from my initials in my first and last name, and the “da” comes from the first two initials in my son Daemon’s name.  The “Pop” is because who doesn’t just love to POP SOME BOTTLES!!
