Being born and raised on the beautiful island of Kauai, as a child, she has always been intrigued by the cosmetic and beauty world. As she got older her intrigue turned into a passion. Which eventually led her to the neighboring island of Oahu to embark on her career path that begins at the prestigious Paul Mitchell School Honolulu. At the same time landing a freelance position at MAC Cosmetics.

Since then she is back in Kauai, continuing to further her career by creating her own business, Beauty by Brit. Which happens to be a culmination of her education, experience, and love.

However, what she finds the most rewarding is making her clients feel comfortable and beautifully transformed.
