We collect personal data about our prospective clients’ event so we can contact them directly about their event to determine if we are able to accommodate the needs of the prospect, and if we are available for their request date.

How long we store personal data

We archive all user data submitted to us (via this web site and our web-based business tools) typically for three years, for internal use only (planning and logistics) before it is deleted. Submitted user data can be deleted sooner upon request.

Cookies / Analytics

We use cloud based analytic tools to track and store user interactions on this web site (ex: time spent on site, software (operating system) and hardware (mobile devices) used to access it, geographical location (based on IP Address) when viewing site, and more). All data captured and stored in this way is anonymized and not associated with personal data, and is used to understand user behavior on our web site for optimization purposes.

Who we share your data with

We do not share any personal data anyone outside of the ABC team. Personal data shared between team members is used for event planning, scheduling, project management, and general correspondance between ABC and the client.

We do, however, share anonymized web site usage data with our wedding vendors for content performance evaluations and reporting.

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted information through a contact form on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send and protect your data

Visitor submitted data form this web site is sent to our web-based CRM tool. All data transmitted over the web via our web site is encrypted using SHA-256 with RSA encryption and stored on our web-based CRM server (secured with TLS). We use multi-factor authentication to secure this web site and our cloud-based business productivity tools, and enforce strong password policies (with periodic internal password audits).

What data breach procedures we have in place

We have off-premises disaster recovery backups of our entire site web site, in case of a data breach. If such a breach were to occur, we will notify all affected parties within 72 hours of ABC learning about such an incident.
