We are a full-service dining experience. We can do everything from canapes and horderves, passed appetizers, action stations, family-style, contemporary buffets, and even 7-course plated dinners.

Meet The Chef!

Andrew has over 20 yrs experience in food and beverage, graduated from Johnson & Wales University, in Culinary Arts. He has worked in top restaurants along the East Coast including Boston and NYC. Moving back to Hawaii he had the opportunity to work in some of the finest restaurants and hotels on the island including, La Mer at Halekulani Hotel, Kahala Resort, and Alan Wong’s Restaurant.

For 5 years Andrew was the Chef de Cuisine at Bank of Hawaii’s Executive Dining Room at the main branch. He is the owner and founder of HAWAII PANTRY HOLDINGS CORP, an all-natural, artisanal, handcrafted producer of Hawaii-grown products. Specializing in sauces and pickled products. We sell these products to grocery stores and farmer’s markets around the island.

We booked our wedding catering starting with a max of 200 which ended up being 240! but he was still able to work with the initial menu we chose, even though it involved more work for his team. He was able to create a custom menu which was everything that we loved. Chef Andrew was also very accommodating and was able to work with our budget as well as provide us with everything we asked for! Everything went smoothly and the food tasted delicious!
