Every love story is beautiful! This gorgeous couple met each other at the beginning of COVID and well the rest is history…. How we met Kaley and Christian was extremely serendipitous. A sweet conversation between strangers, turned into friends, turned into clients. Simply meant to be. We couldn’t have asked for a better couple for ABC’s first Florida, West Palm Beach wedding!

Kaley and Christian met, fell in love, and decide to get married all during the pandemic. However, they also ended up being one of the many couples who had to postpone their special day when they both caught COVID a week before their original wedding date. Wedding planning can be stressful and overwhelming (which is why we are here to help). Rescheduling a wedding, especially when the bride and groom get COVID right before their big day, is next level. The quick decision to postpone on such short notice was stressful and at the time heartbreaking. Everyone hung on through the entire process and, it was SO worth the wait! 

You could feel the joy, love, and feeling of relief from the couple, family, and everyone attending. This special, highly anticipated day was finally happening!

The Brazilian Court Hotel ticked all the boxes for this wedding vision: Tropical Floridian flair meets 1920s glamour! A historic landmark in West Palm Beach with Spanish, colonial-inspired architecture the Brazilian Court Hotel offers tropical courtyards, gorgeous fountains, elegant sculptures,  sophisticated ballrooms, and a slight roaring 20s vibe. Photo-ops around every corner! The perfect fit for this celebration. 

To match the modern tropical theme and pulling inspiration from the venue Both Kaley and Christian had what can only be described as glamorous 1920s-inspired looks with a tropical twist. Katy was a vision in her elegant, classic dress, with glamorous curls and a birdcage veil. She was absolutely Stunning! Kaley’s beautiful bright bouquet added a tropical twist to her look. Ivory and hot pink florals including cymbidium orchids, hot pink garden roses, and small pink pineapples tied together with tropical greens! 

And For Christian, classic white tux and black bow tie. The tropical twist in his boutonniere was a pop of hot pink spray roses, greens, and tiny pink pineapple.

These two lovebirds finally got to say I Do in one of the stunning tropical courtyards of The Brazilian Court Hotel in West Palm Beach Florida⁠. The Ceremony took place beneath the towering palms of the stunning north courtyard at the Brazilian court hotel. The couple stood between two pedestals with wicker urns filled with monsteras, white dendrobium orchids, and hot pink bougainvillea. Their loved ones gazed at them with love from gold Chivari chairs on the lawn. It added the perfect punch of gold and glamor to the tropical courtyard space.

Post ceremony the group enjoyed a lavish cocktail hour in the fountain courtyard surrounded by tropical palms as they enjoyed the beautiful music from Miami Luxury Music’s violinist and Cello. 

The elegant ballroom set the scene for their reception. It was a fun vibe with a modern, tropical twist. The design incorporated dark greenery, gold accents, and pops of hot pink! Their tablescape was gorgeous – dark green chargers, blush goblets and plates, and bamboo gold utensils. Derek Mack Band set the mood with their incredible sound and everyone was ready to party!

When we started working with Christian and Kaley they told us their group of guests wouldn’t be able to sit still for too long… and they were right. The energy was high all day! The reception overflowed with love, laughter and dancing, as they celebrated the night away! 

We can’t end this West Palm Beach real wedding story without a quick shout-out to our ABC team. It was such an honor of coordinating the union of Kaley & Christian. Our first Florida wedding was a huge success thanks to your girls. We have over 9 years experience working on the Hawaiian islands, at venues we are familiar with and with vendors we see weekly. We thrive there!

It is always such an exciting feeling when we get the opportunity to to work off island, and crush it! To work in the unfamiliar and realize we are good at what we do no matter where we are. Meeting and networking with new vendors, at new venues and getting to experience the wedding industry in new places is such an amazing experience that truly helps us grow to be better at what we do. In a nutshell, we did what we do best and we loved every minute of it! All in the name of love!
