A Romantic Garden-Inspired Wedding at Paliku Gardens

#NgoOnebutPam

Pam and Alan met in college at UC Santa Cruz. From the moment Alan met Pam, he knew he needed to shoot his shot. All it took was a group birthday outing, a hitched ride, hanging around the same group of friends, and intentional time spent with each other together for their friendship to inevitably grow. It grew into something more, something wonderful. The couple just clicked and they could not see their lives without one another in it. From friends, to best friends and now, lifetime partners!

Santa Cruz is where the couple first met, where they had their first official date, and where Alan proposed. In deciding where to get married, Pam and Alan had a destination in mind early on— Oahu. Oahu is where Pam and Alan first vacationed together and now, where they got married. Their romantic garden inspired destination wedding was well worth the wait.

Florals Florals Florals

The couple’s romantic garden inspired wedding was so chic! From their fresh welcome coconuts, to their wicker lounge set, their photo-bus, and clear top tent lit by cathedral-styled cafe lights, and lanterns, the romantic bohemian garden vibes were immaculate. The highlight of the day was the florals!

Their ceremony took place at the Water Tower, where the coconut trees framed their wooden circle arch. La Flor dressed the circle arch with romantic white and greenery garden-styled floral arrangements. The aisle was lined with loose white rose petals, and the wooden cross-back chairs with small romantic garden-styled floral bouquets. It was floral dream!

The reception took place in the main lawn of Paliku Gardens and it was stunning. Romantic garden styled floral centerpieces adorned each guest table and La Flor effortlessly transformed the couple’s ceremony arch pieces into their garden-inspired sweetheart table-scape.

Fun Fun Fun

We love seeing photo booths and photo buses at a wedding! It’s fun, it’s loved by everyone, and it’s a great way for couples to see their guests let loose. Not to mention the take home photo memories! Theo the Bus at Pam and Alan’s wedding was a huge hit! Guests were going in and out, changing out their props, poses, and facial expressions. Along with the decor and overall vibes of day, fun was a priority for the couple. So naturally, Theo The Bus was the perfect addition to the reception celebration. In combination with the music by DJ Neekz getting everyone out of their seats fun was definitely had at this party!
