Hawaii is a very special place. It’s breathtaking scenery, turquoise waters, white sand beaches, tropical jungles, epic mountain ranges, daily rainbows and Aloha spirit are just a few of the many reasons couples choose to get married on our magical islands. For Hanna and Cheyne there was a deeper meaning. This couple met working at one of Oahu’s most popular and beautiful places to say I Do. Celebrating their union with a Kualoa Ranch Wedding was a must. It was important to the couple to show their friends and family this magical place where they met and fell in love. 

Paliku Gardens is the ultimate venue for meshing both local and destination guests. This location offers an epic Ko’olau mountain backdrop, rolling pastures, lush tropical gardens and views of the ocean, Kaneohe bay and of course the iconic Mokoli’i Island (“Chinaman’s Hat.”) The space offers 2 large lawns as well as an upper garden where Hanna & Cheyne said I Do! They stood between two white pedestals with bowls of tropical greens and white florals. Here surrounded by all their loved ones Hana & Cheyne exchanged rings, and vowed to spend together forever. The cherry on top of this perfect ceremony was a bubble shower! ( Pro Tip – use bubble guns for more bubbles, better photos and all around epicness during your recessional!)

The reception, dinner, and dancing took place under a clear top tent with romantic string lights on the main lawn at Paliku. The design of this wedding had a rustic boho style with dusty blues, greens, tropical florals, and island greenery. They included pops of redwood to tie in the rustic style with centerpiece boxes, Chivari chairs, and the bride and groom’s sweetheart table.  

The finishing touch of fun this couple added was a luxury bounce house with a balloon arch. EVERYONE and that means EVERYONE had an amazing time playing, laughing, smiling, and bouncing together! This entire day was filled with so much love, laughter, and aloha spirit. It was an all-around Kualoa Ranch Wedding success!
