What a beautiful love story! Well, aren’t they all in their own special way? Charlotte and Zach celebrated their union at one of our favorite venues – Kualoa Ranch with the natural beauty and mountains as their design muse. From start to finish this celebration was overflowing with love, emotions, and pure joy! 

The couple met, through mutual friends, and although it wasn’t love at first sight even if Zach said he knew Charlotte was his wife before they dated. They became great friends which built the solid foundation for the relationship they have today. Their common ambitions and dreams in life made it obvious this was meant to me and once the relationship gained the traction it grew into something so deep and beautiful. A happily ever after love story.

Zach curated an amazing surprise family photo turned proposal together with Charlotte’s best friend as the photographer in Lake Tahoe California. She also shot their wedding in Hawaii. We hope you enjoy their AMAZING photos as much as we do!

Charlotte and Zach said I do in one of the most beautiful places on all of Oahu. Their love for the mountains made their venue choice an obvious one. They also added on a first look and vow exchange at Jumanji. It was the perfect way for the couple to share a private intimate moment surrounded by the beauty of the mountains before their big celebration with all their loved ones.

Their vision was a romantic vibe with the mountains and natural beauty of the venue as the focal point. They held their ceremony in the Paliku Bowl with the towering Ko’olau Mountains as the backdrop. The reception had romantic bistro lighting, with greenery, taupe linens, a dark wood farm table for the bridal party, garlands of greenery, taupe linens, soft white gauze knotted napkins, light neutral blooms, and pops of soft colored tropical florals with gold accents.

This is something we think NEEDS to become a new tradition – a private last dance! This couple had their guests clear the dance floor and reception area so they could share the last dance of their wedding day together in private. It was incredibly romantic! They danced in front of a romantic twinkle light curtain that added the perfect magical touch to this magical moment!
