The beautiful Caitlin and Blair said their I do’s at Jumanji and then celebrated with a cocktail-style reception at Moli’i Gardens. The combination of the two Kualoa Ranch venues was absolutely perfect. Their wedding had to live up to how epic the proposal was. Caitlin popped the question on a hike in Ecuador together where they rode up a ski lift and then trekked to a waterfall in the clouds! Magical. We think they did a pretty good job of matching it with this epic wedding in Hawaii with all their closest family and friends.

The Ceremony took place with one of the most epic views on the entire island. In Ka’a’awa Valley at Jumanji. The backdrop here highlights the mountain range and is absolutely to die for. The photos say it all. The ceremony had a bit of a boho vibe with bamboo chairs, a Laie Rug for the altar, and a dark wood farm table serving fresh coconuts for guests. The couple made an epic entrance to the ceremony in Jurassic Park Jeeps!

Hosting their wedding at Kualoa Ranch, the site where they filmed many Jurassic Park Scenes, the couple couldn’t help but incorporate some elements from the movies into their celebration. You could find themed signage, dino decor items, and a Jurassic-inspired photo booth backdrop at the reception. They even rented the Jurassic Park jeeps to show up to the ceremony and had their photographer take a classic “running from a T-Rex” Picture with all their guests which turned out AMAZING!

The couple wanted their reception to be a little less formal so they decided to do it cocktail style. We loved the flow and mingling vibe it created for the guests. They included lawn games, activities, and action stations for food including a gelato and pie bar. Yum! The laid-back style reception was absolutely perfect for this group. There was tons of dancing, and heartfelt speeches throughout the night to celebrate the love of this special couple. For design and decor, they played on the natural beauty of the venue with DIY tropical florals. 

All in all this wedding day came together flawlessly. We feel so lucky to have been one of the many incredible vendors that made this couple’s wedding dreams become a reality! Mahalo to all and congratulations to the happy couple, Caitlin and Blair!
