Caleb and Hannah’s intimate celebration at Dillingham Ranch on Oahu was an absolute dream. With Caleb and his family hailing from Tasmania, Australia, and Hannah and her family coming all the way from Texas, it was a truly international affair. Their European-inspired Wedding was overflowing with personal touches, special details, and so much love!

The couple, who love to travel, play games, read, and have fun, wanted their wedding to reflect their adventurous and vibrant personalities. Working with Caleb and Hannah was an absolute joy. They radiated love and beauty both inside and out, and we were honored to be a part of their special day. We loved them, their families and their love!

The bride had a clear vision for her wedding and was incredibly organized, knowing exactly what she wanted. She incorporated unique and thoughtful touches into the design and layout that totally blew us away. They chose a sunset color theme, with blush, terracotta, and dusty rose hues, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere. This European-inspired wedding was elegant, sophisticated and summery. It featured fresh fruit, a light and airy palette and pops of color to complete the euro-fresh design. We loved the such as the unique set up of the cake table and florals as well as the placement of the aisle arches at the beginning of the aisle rather than the end. We were so intrigued by the couple’s creativity and attention to detail.

The couple utilized the venue spaces in such a beautiful way. They held the ceremony at the front of the venue and the iconic monkey pod tree and the open-air reception took place between the royal palms!

Since the bride, put so much time and effort into the design on the day of the wedding, we suggested doing a first look of the table-scape under the palms. It turned out to be a wonderful idea! Hannah had put so much thought into the king’s table, that it was a joy to see her reaction when she saw it for the first time on the wedding day. Many of the decor items were made by her, friends, and family. It was truly a team effort and was so beautiful to see it all come together!

There were many personal touches throughout the wedding, including personal thank-you notes to each guest. One particularly special detail was the robe Hannah’s mom gifted her, made from parts of her wedding dress. The large hanging sign was made out of a sheet by Hannah’s mom, it took a village to hang it up but was so worth it. We want to thank Aloha Artisans for their amazing work in finding a way to hang it.

The wedding was an intimate affair, with only their closest family and friends in attendance. Hannah’s family exuded Southern charm and made everyone feel right at home, while Caleb’s friends and family were incredibly polite and respectful. The photo team did an outstanding job capturing all the elements of the day, despite the tight schedule and logistics of utilizing different spaces. Enjoy some of our favorites below!

Perfect weather, beautiful people, a smooth-running day and so much love in the air made Caleb and Hannah’s European-inspired wedding an absolute dream come true! We absolutely loved working with this couple. It was such a blessing to have been a part of their love story and wish them a lifetime of happiness and adventure together as husband and wife.
