Typically on a wedding day, the order of events is as follows: ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and ending with open dancing. But who says it always has to be this way!? As day-of coordinators, we are here to help execute any vision.

The vision Jennifer and Kevin had for their wedding day was a bit of a curve ball! The day started with cocktail hour, followed by dinner, and ended with a beautiful evening ceremony by candlelight. J’Adore Floral Design transformed ‘Aulani’s Kula Wai Spa into a romantic ceremony space. Jennifer and Kevin envisioned their ceremony to be intimate, romantic, tranquil, and magical. And, J’Adore nailed it! The couple’s night ceremony was so dreamy!

Their ceremony was magical! The aisle was lined with floating candles in tall cylinder vases and covered with an abundance of mixed rose petals and white orchids. With a backdrop of the tranquil waterfall, J’Adore created a stunning arch decked with lush mixed tropical greenery. Jennifer and Kevin not only said their vows in front of the lush tropical greenery arch, it was also where they had their first dance as husband and wife. In front of their family, Jennifer and Kevin danced to Jason Midro singing “Can’t Help Falling in Love.” With the lit floating candles, scattered aisle florals, and soft acoustics, it was so romantic.

Jennifer and Kevin’s reception centerpieces were stunning! It definitely was one of our favorite details of their wedding day. The couple wanted their wedding to be very intimate and flowy. So rather than sitting separately on a sweetheart table, they sat with their family. Each table had a tall floral installations that were decked out in foliage, palms, greenery, and vibrant pink, yellow, red, and orange tropical florals. The florist also incorporated cascading heliconia, orchids, and amaranthus and suspended glass orbs with tea lights to the floral installations. And, to make it even more dreamier, the team added loose tropical florals surrounding the bottom of the vase. It was a floral dream and everything Jennifer and Kevin envisioned.
