A very common topic we hear from our couples is asking for assistance in deciding how long to hire a photographer and videographer for. This is a pretty tough question to provide a “One Size Fits All” answer for. The most important thing to consider is Photographers and Videographers determine how tight and how flexible your program can be. Ultimately you are hiring them to capture the day so if you have a shorter contract with them, the schedule will be much tighter. If you have a longer contract you may find extra time for photos and relaxing in between each session.

The Vow Renewal of Derek and Ashlee was a perfect example of having ample time for photos. This allowed the photographer Jenna Lee Pictures to be really flexible and capture small details with a ton of creativity! The couple was able to relax and really enjoy their time together instead of feeling pressured to perform for the camera.
