You have decided to Elope!? (we hope maybe even an adventure elopement!

Well, your elopement is still your wedding, it is just as special as having a traditional ceremony and reception. Just because you want to avoid the stress of planning a big wedding doesn’t mean you shouldn’t put some thought into your ensembles. Before we show you some of our favorite Hawaii adventure elopement attire we want to touch on a few things we think you should think about when deciding on your attire.

We have seen outfits from all ends of the spectrum, from a simple alternative short white dress for the Bride, and barefoot, shorts, and a white button-up for the groom; to an extravagant, gorgeous wedding gown and tuxedo. The beauty of an elopement is that the day is just for you and it should match your style!

Your Location, Style & Budget

Yes, we have seen full tuxedos on the beach in the heat of the Hawaiian sun, while this may be your wedding dream and look great in photos I can tell you the Groom isn’t exactly happy his shoes are full of sand and sweat is dripping down his elbows inside his jacket, vest, and long sleeve shirt! Consider your comfort in your environment. Getting married on top of a mountain? Perhaps opt for a dress that fits into your backpack and is easy to slip on. Remember: Your attire and location should reflect your personal style!

Side note — with ABC as your coordinators we will get you and your dress, small or big, to whatever location you decide! (we’ve carried extravagant wedding gowns through cliffs in the rain and to waterfalls in the jungle!)

You have decided on saving money by eloping, maybe this is something you also want to do with your attire or maybe this has opened up a bigger budget for your dream wedding gown. Needless to say with your elopement the possibilities are endless!
