We are a crew of experienced wedding specialists, rooted in a shared desire to connect couples to their dream destination celebration, empowering modern couples to successfully coordinate every moving piece of their wedding day. Here at ABC, we are Ohana. We aim to share our Ohana globally by inviting our couples, vendor network, small business friends, destination venues, wedding planners, and all else who seek connection to join in the community with us through the foundation of our core values.

You are invited to link arms with our ABC Ohana by stepping into the heart of our culture which manifests itself in a beautiful framework of our core values that we’ve coined as Aloha, Connection, Modern, Organic, and Pono.

First, let’s learn about Aloha! Aloha is the foundation in which we’ve built our business. Aloha by definition means “hello” or “goodbye” backed by an intention of love and fellowship. Broken down in a literary sense, Aloha is comprised of two parts: “alo” and “ha”.  The phrase “Alo” meaning presence, and “ha”, meaning breath. A harmonious conjugation of the presence of breath or fresh wind of life and love. While Aloha by definition is beautiful alone, it means so much more as the foundational building block in which our company stands. Aloha is an extension of warmth, affection, and love with no obligation in return. Aloha is selfless. Aloha is intentional. Aloha joins people together in a way that connects spirit to spirit. Aloha is the Spirit we share with our connections at ABC.

Aloha is the all encompassing term we use to define the heart of our business, and from our heart flows how our team exemplifies our core values on and off island, whether over Zoom call or bustling wedding dresses, when no one’s watching or when all ceremony eyes are on our coordinators. We embody the Spirit of Aloha.

As a continuation of our culture, we as an ABC team value connection: serving as the linking force between all avenues of the industry: our incredible couples, vendor family, our favorite venues, other planners and small business champions!

We challenge ourselves to continue modernizing our business model and team systems, to provide our connections with the most efficient and up-to-date platforms and trends no matter where our team is located.

We hold ourselves to a high standard of authenticity and relatability that only comes from living organically. Our team is made up of a vast array of women across 5 time zones, 14 + cultures, and 71 cumulative years of wedding experience. We encourage our team members to embody Aloha in a way that is organic to who they are as individuals.

Finally, our team conducts ourselves in a morale that is “pono”. Pono is a Hawaiian verb that means to live in a state of balance, alignment, and harmony. We at ABC value purposeful work, life flexibility, grace for others, and mutual expectation of integrity and upright ethicality that we aim to share with anyone we encounter or connect with.
