My favorite part about working with couples on their wedding day is we really get a sense for who they are and we have the honor to step into their lives on their wedding day. From the minute Jamie & Quang booked our team I knew it was going to be a great wedding. They were coming from New York and they were so much fun! Super organized, trusting of our team and very laid back. It was obvious that they just wanted to have the best day together and it truly shows in these photos what a wonderful day they had! The Halekulani Hau Terrace on Oahu turned out be the perfect venue for them!

Jamie absolutely NAILED her vision. She called it “Retro Travel”, she had been collecting and crafting different pieces to tie the theme together. Each table was named after a country they loved and it had collectables from their travels. For the ceremony she and her lovely crew of helpful hands created the paper chains that you see hanging in the alter. She was so creative that it seemed everything she touched just turned to perfection.

Now for the icing on the cake… we have named Jamie our DIY Queen. She made every individual piece that you see in their wedding cake. What would cost thousands for cake artists to make, she created with her printer and crafty work from home. They deserve an award for how beautifully everything turned out and for all the hours of dedication put into their wedding. I am so happy to say the hard work was well worth it as they truly enjoyed every minute of their wedding day.
